Solika Consulting was founded in 2021 by 4 former colleagues. Drawing upon their experiences and skills, they chose to be closely involved in addressing current challenges that require agility and responsiveness to meet project constraints. By taking on a limited number of projects per year, this decision was made to ensure a high level of service quality and maintain alignment with their vision of putting the client at the center of their concerns.

 

The genesis of Solika Consulting also stems from the founders' desire to prioritize the human aspect at the core of management.
